refactor(serial_port): 重构串口模块并添加机械臂串口类
- 重命名 SerialPortWrapper 为 MethaneSerialPort,用于处理甲烷传感器数据
- 新增 RoboticArmSerialPort 类,用于处理机械臂控制指令- 更新 message_handler.cpp 中的串口处理逻辑
- 修改 CMakeLists.txt,添加新的源文件
